Morenci Turquoise

Morenci Turquoise is a beautiful blue colored Turquoise from central Arizona. The Morenci Mine is an open pit copper mine with a Marriott of minerals including Morenci Turquoise. Turquoise from the Morenci Mine was discovered and heavily mined until about 1980. Today Morenci Turquoise has become very scarce and in high demand due to its exceptional qualities.Durango Silver Company has been collecting Authentic American Turquoise for over forty years and were fortunate to have secured a good collection of Morenci Turquoise. We cut all of our own cabochons and have it set in the highest quality Southwestern Silver designs.
