925 Ring

925 Ring actually means Sterling Silver Ring, however, for the sake of this document I am going to refer to it as 925 Ring. Durango Silver Company has been in the business of producing 925 Rings for nearly 40 years now and 925 Rings are our specialty.

The American Frontier and especially the American Southwest is an area of great interest to historians as it had a colorful and exciting past in qlobal history. The Native American Indians were responsable for finding American Turquoise about 300 B.C. and a Navajo Indian by the name of Atsidi Sani was responsible for creating the first 925 ring in the Southwest. Atsidi Sani learned the Silver smith trade from the Spanairds as they came through the Southwest in quest of Gold and Silver.

Durango Silver Company has had a long relationship with the Otteson's of Tonopah Nevada. The Ottesons developed the Royston Turquoise Mine and are still the owners of the mine.
